  • cups lambs lettuce trimmed (lamb's lettuce)
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 lb radishes halved lengthwise thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shallots finely chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, shallot, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
