Ingredients

  • tablespoons brown sugar packed ()
  • cup fruit dried assorted
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • cups old-fashioned oats 
  • cup pecans coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt generous ()
  • 0.5 cup coconut or shredded unsweetened
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line rimmedbaking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix first 7ingredients in large bowl. Stir honey andoil in saucepan over medium-low heat untilsmooth.
  3. Pour honey mixture over oatmixture; toss.
  4. Spread on prepared sheet.
  5. Bake until golden, stirring every 10 minutes,about 40 minutes.
  6. Place sheet on rack. Stirgranola; cool.
  7. Mix in fruit. DO AHEAD: Canbe made 1 week ahead. Store airtight.
