Ingredients

  •  bananas sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime (from 3 limes)
  • 20 oz lychees in syrup halved drained canned
  •  mangoes diced firm pitted ripe peeled
  • large oranges cut into sections
  • cups pineapple chunks fresh canned drained
  • cup sugar

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and lime juice in a pan. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool, 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mangoes, pineapple, lychees and orange sections.
  4. Pour lime syrup over fruit and gently stir. Chill for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, fold in bananas.
