  • tablespoon tarragon fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove peeled
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • servings chips assorted (for dipping)
  • servings cut-up vegetables assorted (For dipping)
  • cups watercress sprigs packed trimmed () (from 1 large bunch)

  1. Assorted cut-up vegetables (for dipping) Assorted chips (for dipping)
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in processor; blend 5 seconds.
  3. Add next 6 ingredients. Blend until herbs, anchovies, and garlic are finely chopped, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Season dip with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to bowl. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
  5. Place bowl of dip in center of platter; surround with vegetables and chips.
