  •  avocado peeled mashed
  • 0.5 cup cheese blue crumbled
  • tablespoons buttermilk 
  • slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • cup grape tomatoes halved
  •  hardboiled eggs halved lengthwise
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  •  pimiento stuffed olives green halved
  • 0.3 cup ranch dressing 
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce chopped
  • cup rotisserie chicken cut shredded (from 2-lb chicken)

Directions

  1. In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese and bacon. Divide among 4 salad plates.
  2. Gently press 1 olive slice in middle of each egg half to look like an eyeball.
  3. Place 2 egg halves on each salad.
  4. In small bowl, place all dressing ingredients. Stir with wire whisk until smooth.
  5. Drizzle evenly over salad.
