Ingredients

  • 12  chicken wings 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • clove garlic finely chopped

Directions

  1. Cut each chicken wing in half; place in large resealable food-storage plastic bag.
  2. Add marinade ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to coat wings. Refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Heat oven to 375°F.
  4. Drain chicken wings, reserving marinade.
  5. Place chicken on broiler pan.
  6. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F), brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  7. Serve warm.
