  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon chives 
  • large eggs 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh minced
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • cup green bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • pound potatoes red yellow thinly sliced
  • cup onion red finely chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes finely chopped

Directions
