Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  • cups green beans fresh frozen green giant®
  • tablespoon catsup 
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • cup milk 
  • oz mushrooms green drained giant® canned
  • small onion chopped
  • 4.5 oz potatoes betty crocker®
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • tablespoons tomatoes chopped
  • 1.8 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. Remove beef from skillet; set aside.
  3. In skillet, stir sauce mix, water, milk and butter with whisk until blended. Stir in potatoes.
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green beans. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in cooked ground beef, mushrooms, sour cream and ketchup. Cover; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  6. Garnish with tomatoes.
