  • 4.5 pounds ground beef 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Brown beef in a Dutch oven, stirring until it crumbles.
  2. Drain and return to Dutch oven. Stir in chili mix and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with desired toppings.
