Ingredients

  • medium spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • teaspoon sriracha 
  • teaspoon sriracha 
  • tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • lb chicken thighs boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1.5 teaspoons sriracha 
  • teaspoon juice of lime fresh
  • oz japanese ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 8.2 oz flour tortilla soft for tacos and fajitas (10 count
  • medium jalapeno seeded cut into thin strips
  • 0.8 cup basil fresh
  •  lime cut into wedges

Equipment

Directions

  1. In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix chicken and marinade ingredients. Seal bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
  4. Place chicken in skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until browned on both sides and chicken is no longer pink in center.
  5. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Sriracha mayonnaise ingredients. In another small bowl, break apart ramen noodles. (Reserve seasoning packing for another use.)
  6. Spoon chicken on each tortilla. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, jalapeño strips, basil leaves and crushed ramen.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
