  • ribs celery thinly sliced
  • tablespoon cider vinegar 
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  •  fennel bulb cored trimmed very thin cut into strips
  •  gala apples cut into strips
  •  granny smith apples cut into strips
  • tablespoon blackstrap molasses 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
