  • 0.8 ounce feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoons nonfat cream sour
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cover potatoes, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
  2. Drain potatoes well, and return to pan; beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add skim milk, feta cheese, sour cream, salt, oregano, and pepper, and beat well.
