Ingredients

  • oz fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • 0.5 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream 
  • 0.8 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper white black
  • serving parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat butter and whipping cream over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture starts to bubble. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. In large bowl, toss fettuccine with sauce until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
