  • cups lettuce 
  • medium bell pepper green cut into strips
  • medium tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup olives pitted ripe drained
  • cup corn chips 
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup thousand island dressing reduced-fat
