  • servings rice hot cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon creole seasoning 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp unpeeled
  • cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired.
  2. Combine Creole seasoning and next 3 ingredients; sprinkle over shrimp.
  3. Saut shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and green onions; saut 1 minute.
  5. Add cream, and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or pasta.
