  • 1.5 pound flank steak 
  •  garlic clove peeled
  • ounces the salad mixed
  • 12 ounce baby mozzarella balls fresh drained
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • tablespoons oregano fresh
  • large bunch parsley fresh italian
  • teaspoon hot sauce hot
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Combine parsley (with stems), oregano, andgarlic in processor; blend 10 seconds.
  3. Add1/2 cup oil, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce;blend until almost smooth. Season dressingto taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush grill rack with oil.
  5. Sprinkle steakon both sides with salt and pepper. Grillsteak to desired doneness, about 5 minutesper side for medium-rare.
  6. Transfer steak towork surface; let rest 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, toss greens in large bowlwith some dressing.
  8. Transfer to large platter.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella over.
  10. Thinly slice steak across grain on slightdiagonal. Arrange steak atop greens.
  11. Drizzlewith remaining dressing.
