  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • pound flank steak trimmed
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons horseradish prepared
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • tablespoon canola mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add steak to pan; cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. Place steak on a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  6. While steak cooks, combine sour cream and next 5 ingredients (through juice) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in chives and parsley.
