  • 12 slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • cup spring onion chopped (16 medium)
  •  hardboiled eggs chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 cup red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 lb pkt spinach fresh
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
