  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • pound filets 
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  •  optional: lemon quartered
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup soy-based steak marinade 
  • small tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place fish in a 13x9 inch baking dish or pan.
  3. Pour butter, marinade, salt and pepper onto and around the fish. Squeeze the lemons onto the fish.
  4. Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
