Ingredients

  • cup brown sugar packed
  • teaspoons garlic finely chopped
  • teaspoons ginger grated
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • 4.5 lb chicken breast boneless skinless
  • cup soya sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place chicken in resealable freezer plastic bags. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Divide marinade evenly among bag. Seal bags; freeze up to 3 months.
  2. To thaw, place bag(s) in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Heat oven to 350F.
  4. Place chicken and marinade in baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes, turning once or twice, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165F).
