Ingredients

  • loaf bread french
  • clove garlic 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • oz part-skim mozzarella cheese grated
  • 0.8 cup tomato sauce 
  • 32 slices turkey pepperoni 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Slice French bread in half lengthwise and then cut each piece in half again to make 4 equal pieces.
  2. Brush each piece with 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil.
  3. Place bread on a baking sheet and bake until lightly toasted, 5 minutes.
  4. Remove bread from oven and rub cut side of each piece with peeled garlic clove.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over bread, sprinkle with grated cheese and top with turkey pepperoni slices.
  6. Place assembled pizzas in oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Cut each piece into thirds and serve immediately.
