- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon brown sugar
- 0.5 cup wine dry white
- 0.5 cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
- 2.5 cups onion coarsely chopped
- 1 Dash pepper black
- 4 servings pepper
- 0.3 teaspoon bell pepper red
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounce strips.

- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add chicken; saut each side 3 minutes or until browned.
- Combine wine and next 8 ingredients (wine through black pepper) in a medium bowl; stir well.
- Add wine mixture to chicken mixture; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve with Pepper-Spiked Polenta.
- Garnish with tarragon sprigs, if desired.
