  • 15 leaves mint leaves fresh
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • servings salt and pepper black
  • tablespoon butter unsalted
  • medium zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter over medium-low heat in 9-inch straight-sided sauté pan.
