  • 2.8 oz fried onions canned
  • cups half and half 
  • 9.4 oz potatoes 
  • oz ranch dressing (milk recipe)
  • 0.8 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 3.5 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, stir together both Sauce
  3. Mixes (from potato boxes), the dressing mix, boiling water and half-and-half with wire whisk. Stir in both Potatoes pouches and the bell pepper.
  4. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Top with onions; bake 10 minutes longer.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
