Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup banana sliced ( 1 medium)
  • cups apples i use 2 granny smith apples thinly sliced ( 1 large apple)
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.5 cup orange sections ( 1 orange)
  • cups pears ripe thinly sliced ( 1 large pear)
  • cup strawberries sliced

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with juice; toss gently.
  3. Combine syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon over fruit, and toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
