  • 0.5 cup corn kernels fresh ( 1 ear)
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil 
  • teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.3 cups tomatoes chopped

  2. Combine corn and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Note: The salsa can be made a day in advance. Cover and chill.
