  • ounces penne pasta uncooked
  • teaspoons vegetable oil 
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • pound roma tomatoes coarsely chopped (plum) (6 medium)
  • tablespoon basil fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper freshly ground

Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
