  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • oz penne pasta uncooked
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • lb plum tomatoes coarsely chopped (Roma) (6 medium)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons vegetable oil
