  • cup ice cubes 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  • tablespoons onion minced
  • 0.5  chile red seeded coarsely chopped
  •  celery ribs and chiles green for serving thin

  • 1.5 pounds tomatoes red chilled coarsely chopped
