Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Place fillets and next 4 ingredients in a food processor; process until fish is finely chopped. Shape fish mixture into 4 (4-inch) patties.
  3. Brush patties evenly on each side with oil.
  4. Place on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cover and grill 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with Mango-Jalapeo Jam.
