Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup tomatoes finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • medium jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • pound sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna fillets lean
  • 8-inch flour tortilla fat-free warmed ()
  • 0.8 cup lettuce shredded
  • small bell pepper red finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix all Spicy Fresh Chile Sauce ingredients; set aside.
  2. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
  3. Brush lime juice over fish steaks.
  4. Place fish on rack in broiler pan.
  5. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 minutes; turn. Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Break fish into large flakes or cut into 1-inch cubes. Spoon scant 1/2 cup fish into each tortilla. Top with lettuce, bell pepper and onion.
  7. Serve with chile sauce.
