Ingredients

  • cup carrots 
  • 12 slices bacon cooked
  • 12  slider buns split warmed
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh divided chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1.5 cups napa cabbage shredded
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups cabbage shredded red
  • 0.3 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • tsp sriracha hot
  • 12  tomatoes green

Directions

  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup cilantro in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, sriracha, and remaining 1/4 cup cilantro.
  4. Spread buns with mayonnaise mixture. Top bottom halves of buns with bacon, tomatoes, and cabbage mixture. Cover with top halves of buns, mayonnaise mixture sides down.
