  • tsp brown sugar 
  • Tbsp butter divided
  • 0.3 cup knudsen cream sour
  • 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • lb plantains very ripe sliced ( 2 plantains)
  • 0.3 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Melt 1 Tbsp. of the butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Cook half of the plantains 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Remove from skillet; set aside and keep warm. Repeat with remaining 1 Tbsp. butter and plantains.
  3. Combine sour cream, whipped topping, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  4. Serve plantains with sweet cream sauce.
