Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup no-salt-added beef broth undiluted canned
  • 1.5 teaspoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoon green onions chopped
  • teaspoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup rice long-grain uncooked
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
  2. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add rice; saute 4 to 5 minutes or until rice is golden.
  4. Add beef broth and salt; bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in green onions, parsley, and soy sauce. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
