  • cups diagonally cut belgian endive () ( 3 heads)
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.8 cup cheese blue crumbled
  • tablespoons champagne vinegar 
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • cups torn frisée leaves 
  • teaspoons maple syrup 
  • teaspoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • cup radicchio thinly thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup shallots chopped
  • slices center-cut bacon

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp.
