  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 0.3 cup peanut butter 
  • cups rolled oats 
  • 0.5 cup semi chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter, and honey. Microwave on high for 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring twice.
  2. Spread honey mixture in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool in refrigerator.
  3. In small bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are soft, stirring once.
  4. Spread over cookie mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
  5. Cut into squares.
