  •  apples diced with peel cored
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • servings pepper black to taste
  • 0.5  onion chopped
  •  pork chops 
  • ounces sauerkraut 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add chops and brown well. Top with apple slices.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the sauerkraut, sugar and onion and mix all together. Thicken slightly with cornstarch.
