Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup strawberries fresh sliced
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • tablespoon raspberry vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup vanilla yogurt light fat free yoplait®
  • 0.8 teaspoon poppy seeds 
  • cups pkt spinach fresh loosely packed
  •  kiwi fruit peeled sliced
  •  mangos peeled cut into wedges or chunks
  • cups strawberries fresh sliced
  • cup grapes red seedless halved

Directions

  1. Place 1/2 cup sliced strawberries in blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vinegar; cover and blend.
  3. Add yogurt; cover and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into small bowl. Stir in poppy seed. Refrigerate until serving.
  5. To assemble salads, layer all salad ingredients on 4 individual salad plates.
  6. Drizzle vinaigrette over salads.
  7. Serve immediately.
