Ingredients

  • 15 ounce garbanzo beans drained and rinsed canned
  • 28  canned tomatoes whole peeled chopped canned
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme dried
  • cloves garlic minced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  onion chopped
  • 0.8 cup soup noodles 
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 43.5 ounce vegetable stock canned

Directions

  1. Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
