  •  bay leaves 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin 
  • tablespoons rosemary fresh chopped
  • large garlic bulb 
  • slices garnishes: lemon chile peppers fresh red
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  •  chile peppers dried red
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp fresh unpeeled
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein, if desired, and set aside.
  2. Melt butter with oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cut garlic bulb in half crosswise; separate and peel cloves.
  4. Add to butter mixture; saute 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in wine and next 8 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Add shrimp; cook 5 to 6 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
  8. Note: If serving over pasta, remove bay leaves.
