  • pounds baking potatoes peeled cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh finely chopped
  • teaspoons garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons vegetable oil
