  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips

Directions

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  3. Add vegetables and dressing; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
