  • 0.8 cup classic caesar dressing divided kraft
  • Tbsp rosemary fresh chopped
  • Tbsp thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • lb beef prime rib roast 

Equipment

  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over meat in large shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Heat oven to 325F.
  3. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Place meat, bone-side down, in roasting pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour 45 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing, herbs and garlic.
  6. Brush meat with dressing mixture.
  7. Bake 20 to 30 min. or until meat is medium-rare doneness (145F).
  8. Remove from oven. Cover with foil; let stand 15 min. before slicing.
