  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic soup canned
  • pound ground beef 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • cups potatoes mashed idahoan®
  • 16 ounce savory vegetable frozen thawed (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • cups water 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cook beef in skillet until browned.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Mix beef, 1/2 can soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Mix water, margarine and remaining soup in saucepan.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Slowly stir in potatoes. Spoon potatoes over beef mixture.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees F 20 minutes or until hot.
