  •  garlic cloves halved
  • 0.3 cup milk 1% low-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 pounds yukon gold potatoes peeled cut into eighths ( 3 medium)
