  • teaspoons garlic fresh minced
  • 12 ounces parmigiano-reggiano cheese freshly grated
  • teaspoon pepper freshly ground

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
  2. Sprinkle cheese mixture into a 1 1/2" round cookie cutter on a nonstick cookie sheet. Repeat procedure with cheese mixture, placing 16 circles on each sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 9 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly on baking sheets.
  4. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat procedure 5 times with remaining cheese mixture.
