  • cup breadcrumbs italian
  •  eggs 
  • lb ground beef 90% lean (at least )
  • teaspoons seasoning italian
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 14 oz pasta sauce 
  • 4.7 oz roasted garlic mashed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • servings potatoes for on potato mix pouch

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in pasta sauce, bread crumbs, onion, Italian seasoning, salt and beef until well blended. Press mixture in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160F.
  3. Meanwhile, make potatoes as directed on pouch, using milk, water and butter.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over meatloaf; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until top begins to brown.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
