  • pound skin-on chicken drumsticks 
  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs 
  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • 12  garlic cloves 
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt divided

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Sprinkle garlic into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange chicken over garlic; sprinkle onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, thyme, and pepper over chicken. Cover and bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
  3. Uncover chicken; bake 30 more minutes or until chicken is done.
  4. Remove chicken from dish, and add 1/4 teaspoon salt to drippings.
  5. Drizzle drippings over chicken.
