Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Scrub potatoes; cut each into 8 wedges.
  3. Place wedges in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with oil; toss well.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss until potatoes are evenly coated with spices. Arrange wedges in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until browned.
