Ingredients

  • Tbsp butter 
  • 16 oz triple cheddar cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia kraft
  • 0.3 cup philadelphia cream cheese spread ()
  • tsp cornstarch 
  • 0.8 cup cooking wine dry white
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups tightly spinach fresh packed finely chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Stir in wine; bring just to a simmer.
  3. Toss shredded cheese with cornstarch.
  4. Add, 1/2 cup at a time, to wine mixture; cook 1 min. after each addition or until cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly. Stir in cream cheese spread; cook and stir 2 min. or until melted.
  5. Add spinach; cook 2 min. or just until wilted, stirring constantly.
  6. Serve in a fondue pot or small slow cooker.
